📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing site operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.,Managing and supervising site personnel, including contractors and subcontractors.,Conducting regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues.,Ensuring the proper use and maintenance of equipment and machinery.,Preparing and submitting regular reports on site progress and any issues encountered.,Assisting in the development and implementation of site safety and quality management plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the construction or engineering industry.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management and reporting.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
