• Develop and execute engaging content strategies for our ecommerce platform, including social media, blog posts, and email marketing.
• Create high-quality, visually appealing content that showcases our products and brand story.
• Manage and grow our affiliate partnerships, ensuring they align with our brand values and contribute to our business growth.
• Track and analyze content performance, using data to refine and optimize our strategies.
• Collaborate with our marketing, sales, and product teams to create and manage content that resonates with our target audience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in ecommerce content and affiliate marketing.
• Monitor and report on the performance of our content and affiliate programs.
• Ensure all content complies with our brand guidelines and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in ecommerce content or affiliate marketing, preferably in the beauty and haircare industry.
• Proficient in using social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Shopify.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms such as CJ Affiliate or Rakuten Advertising.
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
