📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and prospecting potential customers in assigned areas.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively pitching our pawnshop services and products.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Leverage Google Maps to plan and optimize sales routes for maximum efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional activities and events.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or a related role in the retail or service industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and Google Maps for sales management and route planning.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field activities.
