📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs aligned with company goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and video tutorials.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends to ensure continuous improvement.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to facilitate their professional growth.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
