CAST Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems in various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to guide and mentor junior engineers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design and implementation of electrical systems for new and existing projects.,Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.,Participate in budgeting and cost estimation for electrical components.,Train and develop the skills of team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.,Proficiency in using electrical design software and tools.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.,Valid certification in electrical engineering (e.g., Professional Engineer license) is a plus.
