PT Teknologi Maritim is seeking a Lead Internal Audit professional to join our team in Pekanbaru. In this role, you will be responsible for leading internal audit activities to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a proven track record of identifying and mitigating risks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and coordinate internal audit activities to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.,Identify and assess risks and areas for improvement within the organization.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.,Conduct audits and prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Provide training and guidance to audit staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of internal audit activities to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with the last 3 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.
