📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandise availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to optimize sales.,Collaborate with the regional management team to implement company-wide initiatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is an advantage.
