As a Senior Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing our shipping operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vessels, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Plan and coordinate shipping routes, considering factors such as weather, fuel efficiency, and cargo requirements.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.,Maintain strong communication with crew members, ensuring clear instructions and a positive work environment.,Monitor vessel performance and fuel consumption, optimizing operations for cost-effectiveness.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.,Participate in crew training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Report to senior management on operational status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in maritime operations.,Valid Master Mariner's Certificate (MM) or equivalent.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety procedures, and industry best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with ECDIS and other advanced navigation systems.,Experience with international shipping and trade is a plus.
