You will use our in-house POS system, Odoo, to process sales, manage inventory, and generate reports. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all point-of-sale (POS) transactions using Odoo
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized cash register area
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Generate daily sales reports and reconcile cash drawer
• Promote a positive and welcoming customer experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Odoo
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
