Finance Officer - Accounts Receivable Specialist

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoice issuance, collection, and follow-up
• Prepare and analyze monthly and weekly AR projections and reports
• Follow up on overdue invoices and work with sales and customer service teams to resolve any issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all AR transactions
• Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations and standards
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Work with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and financial regulations is a plus
