Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
