PT Damar Media is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy, and providing financial reports to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of managing financial processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Supervise and train junior bookkeepers and accounting staff.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to relevant authorities.,Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
