Lead and manage a team of crew members to ensure the smooth operation of our services.,Oversee daily tasks and projects to ensure they are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Provide training and support to crew members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.,Proven track record of success in a leadership role.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
