In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation.,Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of logistics strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.,Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and transportation providers to negotiate and secure the best rates and services.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the safe and secure delivery of goods.,Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.,Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as ERP systems, WMS, and TMS.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and industry standards is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
