📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics department,Ensure that all shipments are handled efficiently and effectively,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations,Monitor and maintain inventory levels,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards,Provide regular reports on logistics performance,Manage and mentor a team of logistics staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and standards,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages
