• Provide personalized and exceptional guest services to high-end clientele.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of guest services, including transportation, dining reservations, and event planning.
• Ensure all guest requests are met promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with the organization and execution of events and activities for clients.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Bali and its luxury offerings, including top restaurants, spas, and attractions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and hospitality software.
