In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all necessary repairs and servicing are carried out.,Track and manage fuel consumption and costs, ensuring we are operating within budget.,Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and ensure all drivers adhere to them.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
