Overseeing the daily operations of the assigned section.Ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed on time and within budget.Leading and motivating a team of employees.Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.Providing regular reports and updates to the management.Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Participating in training and development programs for employees.Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of HR management and labor laws.Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.🛠️ Keahlian
