📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Fluent in Mandarin both spoken and written.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
