🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of AI and its applications in recruitment.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.,Familiarity with recruitment tools, software, and platforms.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
