📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Maintain a strong employer brand and participate in employer branding initiatives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
