📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the payroll process, including processing salaries, bonuses, and other remunerations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports and other necessary documentation to the relevant authorities.
• Provide excellent support to employees, addressing their payroll-related queries and concerns.
• Work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in payroll and HR practices.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including payroll-related documentation.
• Participate in payroll audits and other quality assurance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in the offshore and marine industry.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in using payroll software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in payroll or HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
