You will also mentor junior auditors and collaborate with various departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of internal audits across the organization.
• Conduct financial and operational audits to assess compliance with policies and regulations.
• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed audit reports using SAP and Excel.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address audit findings.
• Mentor and train junior auditors to ensure high-quality audit work.
• Collaborate with various departments to implement corrective actions and monitor progress.
• Ensure all audit activities are conducted in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on audit findings and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the shipping and logistics industry.
• Certification in Internal Auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and auditing standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
