Contract Executive / Quantity Surveyor - Construction & Interior Design Projects

ECO Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Contract Executive / Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Badung, Bali. As part of our dynamic construction and interior design projects, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of our high-end fit-out projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on some of Bali’s most prestigious projects, contributing to the vibrant and growing construction industry in the island.

In this role, you will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that all contractual obligations are met, and that the financial aspects of the projects are accurately managed. You will be using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6 to manage project schedules and budgets. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial and contractual aspects of interior design and fit-out projects.
• Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets using industry-standard software.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and project specifications.
• Conduct regular cost reviews and prepare cost reports for project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Provide cost advice and recommendations to project teams.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of subcontractors and suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing construction and interior design projects.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of contractual obligations and project specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying or a related field is a plus.
