📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate financial models using Excel, Power BI, and other financial analysis tools.
• Analyze market trends and provide insightful financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
• Participate in financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support the finance director in financial planning and analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other financial analysis tools.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in financial analysis or a related field is a plus.
