📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales manager.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or real estate industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence potential clients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
• Valid SIM card and reliable transportation are essential for this role.
