Finance Officer - Accounts Receivable Specialist

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our accounts receivable process, ensuring that invoices are issued accurately and on time, and that payments are processed efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoice issuance, collection, and follow-up
- Prepare and analyze monthly and weekly AR projections and reports
- Follow up on overdue invoices and work with sales and customer service teams to resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all AR transactions
- Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations and standards
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Work with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and financial regulations is a plus
