📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our F&B and hospitality offerings.
• Create and manage social media content, including posts, stories, and ads, using platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the F&B and hospitality industry.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage and analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.
• Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices in the F&B and hospitality sector.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, menus, and promotional materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for the F&B and hospitality industry.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
