As a Dealer Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of automotive financing and credit evaluation. You will work with various stakeholders, including customers, bankers, and insurance providers, to ensure that financing processes are handled seamlessly. This role requires a deep understanding of automotive financing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate and manage automotive financing processes, including credit evaluations and approvals.
- Work closely with sales team to ensure smooth customer transactions.
- Collaborate with bankers and insurance providers to secure financing solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financing transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to dealership customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive financing or credit evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing products and processes.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in automotive financing or credit evaluation is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
